Return, Refund and Shipping Policies

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Free Returns with No Restocking Fee. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our factory. Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Please do not send your product back without receiving prior approval from customer support. Allow 5–7 business days for processing after the returned item is received.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

 

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed.

 

Would you like to request a refund?

To initiate a return, please contact customer support at orders@stonecandles.com. We will confirm receipt of your request and the returned item, and notify you if your refund is approved.

 

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received your refund yet: First, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.

If you've completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@stonecandles.com.

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned nor refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at orders@stonecandles.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you further instructions. Approved returns can be sent to: 622 N La Brea Ave., Inglewood, CA 90302.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and you’d like to return it, we can issue a store credit to the gift recipient's account. Please note that the recipient will need to set up an account to receive the credit.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Lead Time

Lead time (Processing time + Shipping time) processing may take 2-3 days.

  • FedEx ground is 1-5 days, not guaranteed.
  • USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 days, not guaranteed.
  • FedEx Express 3 days, 2 days and overnight are guaranteed shipping times.

All issues with orders must be reported within the first 7 days of delivery. No shipping related damage returns can be authorized after this period.
